Established in 2008, Sarlex Partners® ("SLP") began with the notion that typical M&A Advisory services we all about “getting a transaction done” and not about what was best for the client. The founders, having lived on both sides of that fence, set out to change that. Knowing that most transactions under $50-$100 million are not “money makers” for larger firms, they typically took a hands off approach.  We have changed that and now, SLP has forged a reputation for innovative deal making across the global mobile and internet industry. SLP delivers the highest caliber advice to the leading operators and investors in the industry. When and where appropriate, SLP seeks to add further value through strategic advice which sometimes includes not proceeding with a transaction in favor of enhancing shareholder value through accelerating growth, restructuring internally or simply time.
